Xavier Le Normand has been awarded in 2009 with “Prix Liliane Bettencourt pour l’intelligence de la main” - Fondation Bettencourt Schueller.

This French artist, born in 1978, has yet an international experience (Atelier Baldwin-Guggisberg, AYA Glass Studio Tokyo, Pilchnuck Glass School Seattle…) and has won a special place in the field of contemporary glass. His work housed in the  Musée des Arts Décoratifs de Paris, is composed of large spheres and monolithic  blocks in overlay, enlightened by a precious work of carving.
